the Colorpini shop ✿

Printable coloring pages, made with patience, carefully drawn by hand by Carolyn Pini.

Hand-drawn portraits of fantasy women — mermaids, witches, faeries, mythical queens and storybook heroines. Each page is a character with a name and a story, designed for colorists who love detail and atmosphere. (No mandalas, no patterns, no pets — just faces, fabric, hair and worlds.)

Themed 6-page coloring books and a 25-page coloring book collection, PDFs in lineart & grayscale, instant download, fulfilled through Etsy.

questions colorists ask ✦

Everything you might be wondering.

If you’re new to buying digital coloring books, here’s how the whole thing works.

What do I actually get when I buy?

An instant PDF download. My themed coloring books contain 6 hand-drawn A4 pages around one theme (Mermaids, Witches, Fairy Tales, and so on); the 25-page coloring book collects 25 favorite pages from many themes in one larger book. After checkout, Etsy emails the file straight to your inbox and also keeps it in your Etsy account under Purchases and reviews.

Do I need an Etsy account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest with just your email address — Etsy will email the PDF link to you. If you do have an Etsy account, the file is also saved in your Downloads area forever, so you can re-download it any time.

How do I print the pages?

The pages are A4. Any home printer can print them — color or black and white, ink or laser. Open the PDF, hit print, choose A4 paper. If you have only US Letter paper, your printer will scale it automatically with a tiny margin difference; the design still fits comfortably.

For best results, use slightly thicker paper (90–120 gsm) if you plan to color with markers or watercolor pencils — that way the colors stay crisp and the paper doesn’t buckle.

Can I print as many copies as I like?

Yes, unlimited copies — for your personal use. Print one to color, another to gift to a friend, or a fresh copy when you make a mistake. The only thing you cannot do is sell or share the file itself, since the pages are copyrighted artwork.

Can I gift a printed page or color one for someone else?

Of course. Printing a page or coloring one for a friend, family member, classroom or charity is exactly what these are made for. You just cannot reproduce the file for sale, mass distribution, or any commercial use.

What if I have a problem with my download?

Etsy handles all transactions, downloads and refunds. If the file does not arrive, go to your Etsy account → Purchases and reviews → your order, and the download link will be there.

If you still can’t find it, just message me or write to Etsy and I will resend the file or sort out a refund. Digital downloads are technically non-refundable on Etsy by default, but I handle every issue case by case — I’d rather you be happy than save a few francs.

Why does the shop change from month to month?

I release one new themed 6-page coloring book each month, plus a single preview page from it. Singles come and go — once a theme moves on, the single disappears. Six-page books retire when I bundle four of them into a 25-page collection. Seasonal books (Christmas, Summer) rotate with the year.

The 25-page collections always stay in the shop. If you ever missed a 6-page book you love, check whether it has been bundled into a 25-page collection — it’s probably still there in that form.

When is the next new book, and how do I get the 25% discount?

I release a new themed 6-page coloring book every month. The matching monthly coloring event starts on the 3rd — that’s when the new book goes 25% off and the free preview page goes out to everyone in my Facebook coloring group. Join the group →
