For shop questions (downloads, refunds, formats), the fastest path is the Etsy message system, Etsy notifies me right away and keeps everything in one place.
For general questions about the monthly coloring event, the Facebook group itself is the best place to ask. The community is friendly and someone usually answers within hours.
For everything else (commissions, press, collaboration, custom work) use the form. I read every message personally.
